How can you stop receiving email from us?

You affirm that you are not purchasing the product for business purposes and you affirm that you are not usually resident in any country forming part of the European Union; or otherwise you personally accept, and agree to take necessary steps to discharge, liability for any Value Added Tax which may apply to your purchase.

It is released exclusively to members of Racextra - information piracy and/or the re-transmission of information, either for commercial gain or not, of any kind will NOT be permitted and we will seek legal redress over any such action.
Members must be aware that not every bet will win. Past results are not necessarily indicative of future performance and Racextra is not bound by any assurance that profits will be achieved.
Racextra cannot offer refunds of subscriptions under any circumstances. This is not through lack of goodwill but because fixed costs are incurred and betting information is paid for irrespective of results.
You irrevocably indemnify Racextra and its Data Providers and affiliates from and against any and all losses, damages and costs suffered or incurred by Racextra, any Data Providers or affiliates of whatsoever nature arising out of or in connection with your use, provision or distribution of information or any part of our services or any part or otherwise howsoever arising in relation to any breach of this agreement by you.
Due to the nature of electronic distribution of information, services and materials, neither Racextra nor any of its Data Providers nor affiliates have any liability (whether in contract or tort) for any losses, costs or damages resulting from or related to use of or inability to use any information contained in our services or the provision of the services to the fullest extent to which such liability may be excluded or avoided by law. In no event shall Racextra be liable to you for perceived or actual lost profits or for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or in relation to the provision of the services or the provision of information.
What is your refund policy?
All services provided by RaceXtra are classed as digital downloads which are given their own unique category under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and are therefore not services or goods. If you want to download digital content within the 14 day cancellation period you must agree to waive your cancellation rights. By making a payment to us using the orderform on this web site you are confirming that you have waived your right to a cooling off period and have accepted our terms and conditions in full. This is to prevent you from changing your mind after you have downloaded the content and / or accessed our web site. No refunds or discounts are given for incorrect ordering.
Our company policy is to always do the very best we can to aid our customers in achieving the best possible return through the use of our services, products and / or ratings. We therefore reserve the right to change alter or withdraw any promotion, service or program feature as we see fit, to help achieve this goal for our members. In the event this ever means the complete withdrawal of a particular individual service you have subscribed to, an alternative deemed suitable by us of equal value will be made available to you. We do not however in these circumstances ever provide refunds, and your purchase is therefore deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Using this website or any other associated service is deemed absolute acceptance of all of the above.
